Two ways to do the bar
You buy the drinks, we pour them
The lower-cost way, and the right one if your venue lets you bring your own alcohol. You supply the spirits, wine, beer, mixers, ice and glassware. We send RBS-certified bartenders with their own tools. Four hour minimum.

What your venue will ask for
Most Los Angeles venues want proof before an outside bar team is allowed on site. We send it before they ask.
| Certificate of insurance | General liability, liquor liability and workers' compensation, $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate. Free on request. |
| Additional insured | If the venue needs to be named on the certificate, our broker issues it: $250 under 100 guests, $350 for 100 or more. |
| RBS certification | Our bartenders hold California Responsible Beverage Service certification. |
| Employees | Every bartender is a W-2 employee of Platinum Bartenders LLC, not a contractor. |
Ask your venue for its vendor requirements when you book it and send them to us with your enquiry.
