What an atmosphere model does
An atmosphere model is there to make the room look the way you want it to look from the moment the first guest walks in. They are styled to your brief, they hold the space, they mix with guests and they are in the photographs. They do not pitch a product. You may also see them called ambience models or event models.
When you need people who talk about the product, book brand ambassadors. When you need a face at the door, book event hosts. Most events use a mix.

Why ours are different
- Working actors and models. Many of our team work in front of a camera. They take direction, learn a script and stay on brief for the whole event.
- You choose the team. Browse the roster (women, men) and pick three names per position. We confirm who is free on your date.
- Employees, not contractors. Every model, ambassador and host is a W-2 employee of Platinum Bartenders LLC. That matters when your venue or your client's legal team asks.
- Insured. General liability, liquor liability and workers' compensation, $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate. Our standard certificate of insurance is free.
- Briefed before call time. Send wardrobe, talking points and the run of show. We brief the team before they arrive.
- Confidential. Staff sign your NDA on request.

Models, ambassadors and hosts bill the hours of your event, with a four hour minimum. A $100 gratuity per staff member, paid in full to the staff, is included on corporate and brand events and optional for private events. Travel outside central Los Angeles is a flat fee per staff member by area. Bookings within 48 hours of the event add 20%.

What is an atmosphere model?
An atmosphere model is hired to set the look and energy of an event. They are styled to your brief, mix with guests and appear in the photographs, but they do not sell or pitch. They are also called ambience models or event models.
How much does it cost to hire atmosphere models in Los Angeles?
Our atmosphere models are $79 an hour with a four hour minimum, so one model for a four hour event is $316 before the card processing fee. A $100 gratuity per staff member, paid in full to the staff, is included on corporate and brand events and optional for private events.
What is the difference between an atmosphere model, a brand ambassador and an event host?

Yes. Send the wardrobe or a styling brief ahead of the event and the team arrives dressed to it.
Are your models employees or contractors?
Employees. Every model, ambassador and host is a W-2 employee of Platinum Bartenders LLC, covered by our general liability, liquor liability and workers' compensation insurance.
Can you book models for a private party?
Yes. Birthdays, milestone parties and house parties book atmosphere models and hosts with us. The gratuity is optional for private events.
Will they sign an NDA?
Yes. Staff sign your non-disclosure agreement before the event on request.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially from November to New Year's. We can staff at short notice, but bookings within 48 hours of the event add 20%.
