Tell us the date, the guest count and what you have in mind. You get a plan and an itemised price within two hours, from the person who will run it.
What happens next
- We read your brief and call or email within two hours, 9am to 10pm.
- You get an itemised quote: staff, bar, food, rentals, travel and fees on separate lines.
- You pay to hold the date. Bookings over $10,000 are held with a 25% deposit, with the balance due seven days before the event. Bookings of $10,000 or less are paid in full at booking.
- One event lead runs it from that point to load-out.
